The Lahore city

Lahore city is famous for its historical buildings and its culture. Do you know 80% of Pakistani books are published in Lahore? The Urdu Bazar is renowned for books in Lahore and the most prominent book Bazar in Pakistan.  Lahore is the second-largest city of Pakistan and the capital of Punjab province. The population of Lahore city is around 11.13 million. According to the Mard Samurai of 2017, the total land area of Lahore is 404 sq km. There are many historical buildings in Lahore. The most famous is the Badshi mosque it is located to the opposite of Lahore fort the mosque was built by Mughal emperor Aurangzeb served as the largest mosque in the world until a few years ago. After the downfall of Mughal Emperors, the mosque was used as a defense force by the sith and British Empire. The mosque is famous for its beauty and magnificent architecture .thousand of foreign visitors visite Lahore just to see the Badshi mosque. Lahore is also an industrial city for books, iron, steel, and mills.
The first metro bus is also lunched in Lahore on 11 February 2013. The 27-kilometer metro bud was opened by the chief minister of Punjab Mr.shabaz sharif along with Deputy Prime Minister of Turkey Bekir Bozdağ.
